Samah Issa

Dr Samah Issa is a Senior Lecturer in Banking and Finance at Sheffield Business School (SBS), Sheffield Hallam University, and Postgraduate Research Tutor for the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. She holds a PhD in Banking and Finance from Essex Business School, alongside an MSc in International Finance and a BSc in Economics. Her research bridges behavioral economics, intercultural studies, FinTech, and leadership psychology, emphasizing socio-cultural and psychological influences on markets and organizations. She leads the DBA program across SBS (UK), Munich Business School, and Zagreb School of Economics, fostering international academic collaboration.
