Samar Ashour

Samar Ashour is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Collat School of Business, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Her research focuses on empirical finance, with interests including Investments, Empirical Asset Pricing, Behavioral Finance, Banking, Analyst’s Forecasts, and International Finance. She serves as an Associate Editor of Research in International Business and Finance and has published in journals like the Journal of Banking and Finance and Managerial Finance.
