Samanta Raboni

Samanta Raboni is an Associate Professor at the Department of Food and Drug Sciences, University of Parma. She teaches multiple biochemistry-focused courses including Biochemistry and Metabolism of Nutrients, Enzymes and Biotechnological Applications, and Applied Biochemistry across undergraduate and graduate programs in Food Science, Human Nutrition, and Translational Biomedical Sciences.
