Dr. Salma T. Shukri serves as an Associate Teaching Professor and Associate Chair of the Professional Effectiveness Division at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. In her administrative role, she oversees scheduling, faculty recruitment, curriculum development, and cross-divisional collaboration.
Dr. Shukri earned her BA from CU Boulder, followed by her MA and PhD in Communication from the University of Denver. As a former Buff who returned to her alma mater, she brings both academic expertise and institutional knowledge to her position.

She specializes in areas including intercultural communication, organizational behavior, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
