Sally Holland

Sally Holland is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader in Business Management at Solent University. Her research focuses on positive adaptation to change, particularly in higher education institutions, exploring how protective/promotive factors influence employee work-related quality of life and organizational performance. She is pursuing a PhD investigating resilience frameworks and their validity across workplace settings.
