George Michaelides is a Professor of Work Psychology at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. He holds membership in the Employment Systems and Institutions department. Previously, he worked at institutions including the University of Sheffield’s Institute of Work Psychology and the London School of Economics. His research focuses on employee well-being dynamics, organizational contexts, and computational methods in work psychology. He advises PhD candidates exploring longitudinal data analysis and job design.
