Sally Curtis

Dr. Sally Curtis is a Lecturer in the Research School of Management at The Australian National University. She holds roles as a Research Affiliate at the Global Institute for Women's Leadership, an ANU McCusker Fellow, and Advisor at the Social Outcomes Lab. Her research focuses on mechanisms driving social change across individual, organizational, and societal levels, with interdisciplinary insights from anthropology, psychology, and sociology.

Her work bridges academic research and practical management, translating evidence for leaders aiming to create social impact. Key areas include gender equity, inclusive business models, and refugee workplace integration.
