Dr. Sagi Peari is an Associate Professor of Private and Commercial Law at UWA Law School, University of Western Australia. He serves as Deputy Head of School (Students), Director of the Master of Legal Practice Program, and International Students Officer. He holds an SJD and LLM from the University of Toronto.
His research focuses on re-examining traditional legal doctrines within advancing digital realities, with emphasis on choice-of-law theory, international taxation, and commercial instruments. Current projects include cross-border commerce frameworks and private law coherence initiatives.
