Dr. Sabine Baker is a Research Fellow at the Woolworths Centre for Childhood Nutrition Research within the School of Exercise & Nutrition Sciences at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She holds a PhD from the University of Queensland and is a registered psychologist. Her work focuses on addressing food insecurity in disadvantaged families through the Feeding Families in Tough Times (FFiTT) project, which employs co-design methods and mixed research approaches. Prior to QUT, her research centered on Behavioral Family Intervention for children's emotional and behavioral health.
