Ryan Johnson is an Associate Professor of Philosophy and Chair of the Department at Elon University. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Duquesne University (2014) and both an M.A. and B.A. in Philosophy from Kent State University (2008, 2006). His research spans Continental Philosophy, focusing on Hegel, Deleuze, Nietzsche, and Spinoza, while integrating Critical Race Theory, ethics, and pedagogy.
