Dr Ruth Yeoman is a Research Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Fellow of Kellogg College. She leads research projects at the Centre for Mutual and Co-owned Business, focusing on mutuality in enterprises, meaningful work, and sustainable supply chains. Her work explores ethics in organizational design and the role of intangible assets in national wealth creation.
Her research interests include workplace democracy, corporate social responsibility, and the future of work. She has contributed to major initiatives such as the 'Mutuality in Business' programme funded by Mars Incorporated and collaborated with institutions like the Bank of England and Office of National Statistics. Dr Yeoman is also a member of the HM Treasury Council of Economic Advisers and advises the Fabian Society’s Changing Work Centre.
Her publications include the 2014 monograph *Meaningful Work and Workplace Democracy* and an upcoming Routledge book on ethical organizing. She regularly speaks on topics such as corporate sustainability and public service transformation to governments, corporations, and international bodies like the European Commission.
