Sandra Einig

Dr. Sandra Einig is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Oxford Brookes Business School, specializing in corporate governance and financial regulation. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules, including Corporate Governance and Management Accounting, and coordinates postgraduate Accounting and Finance programs. Her research focuses on accountability within the investment intermediary chain, with notable projects on credit rating agencies, state-owned banks, and institutional investor behavior. She has supervised three PhD students, currently focusing on stakeholder engagement in corporate governance.
