Dr. Ruth Price is a Research Fellow at the School of Biomedical Sciences, Ulster University, based at the Coleraine campus. She holds roles including Clinical Trials Manager since 2012, overseeing human trial design, governance, and ethical compliance. Her research focuses on obesity prevention/treatment, body composition measurement, and food intake behaviors, collaborating with the School of Medicine on first-in-human obesity trials.
