Ruth Murray-Webster is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, specializing in organizational change, risk management, and project leadership. She brings over 35 years of industry experience, including roles as Director, Change Portfolio at a major port operator and Group Head of Risk at KPMG LLP. She holds an Executive Doctorate in organizational change from Cranfield School of Management.
