Rui Silva

Rui Silva is a tenured Professor at Instituto Superior de Gestão, where he has served as Coordinator of the Human Resources Management Degree since 2015. He is affiliated with two research centers: CICPRIS (Political Science, International Relations, Security) and CIPES (Politics, Economy, Society), since 2016.
