Armando Rui Teixeira Santos is an Associate Professor at the Instituto Superior de Gestão (ISG) and an Integrated Researcher at CPES – Center for Research and Social Studies. He has held significant roles including Scientific Coordinator of the Advanced Course in Public Management (CAGEP) and FORGEP – Training in Public Management at ISG, and previously coordinated the Studies, Planning, Auditing and Legal Service (SEPAJ) at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa. He also served as Director of the Lisbon School of Administration (ULHT) and Associate Professor at the ULHT Faculty of Law.
