Rufus Barfield is an Associate Professor of Human Communication at the Nicholson School of Communication and Media (NSCM) at the University of Central Florida (UCF). He holds offices in CMB 170A (main campus) and CMB 203 (downtown campus), with primary administrative support from NSCM 238.
Barfield earned a bachelor's and master's from Bowie University, followed by a doctoral degree in Organizational Communication from Howard University. His teaching focuses on business communication, conflict management, and group dynamics.
