Roy Suddaby is Winspear Professor of Management at University of Victoria's Gustavson School of Business and Associate Dean for Research & Innovation. A Fellow of the Academy of Management and Royal Society of Canada, his research examines symbolic resources in organizations, including legitimacy, authenticity, and historical narratives.
Current projects investigate the changing role of corporations and craft-science intersections in innovation.
