Diego Coraiola is Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Victoria's Peter B. Gustavson School of Business and Senior Research Fellow at IAE Business School (Argentina). His research examines collective action and social change through cultural/historical lenses, focusing on memory work, historical injustices, and Indigenous organizing.
Current SSHRC-funded projects investigate how higher education institutions perpetuate/disrupt legacies of oppression and analyze commemoration practices in Indigenous organizing. He serves as Associate Editor for Academy of Management Learning & Education and Revista de Administração de Empresas.
Recent publications explore:

- Rhetorical uses of history in institutional work
- Multi-temporal approaches to organizational futures
Awards include the Society for Business Ethics' Best Practical Solutions Award and two John F. Mee Awards from the Academy of Management.
