Roxanne Reeves is a part-time lecturer at the School of Leadership Studies, University of New Brunswick (UNB), specializing in work-integrated learning frameworks. Her academic journey began after returning to Canada following a decade abroad, where she apprenticed under stained-glass masters in Japan and Italy. Diagnosed with cognitive disabilities upon her return, she completed three degrees at UNB with support from the Centre for Learning Disabilities, including a PhD. Her international experience spans work in China, Colombia, Italy, and Japan, and she has served as a consultant to the New Brunswick Government on immigration, entrepreneurship, and mentorship, testifying before House of Commons hearings.

Dr. Reeves’ research focuses on evidence-based work-integrated learning processes that build organizational capacity for knowledge sharing and talent development. Her innovative Knowledge Sharing and Talent Development (KSTD) Inventory Assessment provides data-driven metrics for leadership pipeline cultivation, emphasizing inclusivity across titles, ethnicities, genders, and ages. Past research explored stained-glass art restoration and secular installations.
