Rosslan Lozev

Rosslan Lozev is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Arts and Design at New Bulgarian University (NBU). His academic journey began at the National High School of Applied Arts 'Saint Luke', followed by bachelor's degrees in Graphic Design and Interior Design, and a master's in Spatial Design from NBU. He enhanced his expertise through international studies at University of Bremen (Germany) and Melbourne Polytechnic (Australia), focusing on material technologies and furniture design.

His research encompasses:

• Historical evolution of art and design
• Innovation processes in contemporary design applications
• Critical design theory and spatial design practices
• Interdisciplinary approaches combining painting, land art, and material science

Professionally, he co-founded the design studio MOONBOOM and manages the association 'Architecture, Technologies and Universal Design'. He maintains active creative practice through participation in international exhibitions including World Art Dubai (2017, 2018), ArtBox Project Basel, and curated events like Barcelona's 'Analisis de Sombras'.
