Ross Kemble is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Director (Head) of the Leadership and Management Academy at the University of Suffolk. His academic leadership spans postgraduate and executive education portfolios, with a focus on curriculum redesign aligned to industry needs and pedagogical best practices. Previously, he held roles at Anglia Ruskin University, including Researcher Development Programme Manager and Lecturer in the Business School.
