Roshan Ganu

Roshan Ganu is an Adjunct Professor at Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD) and a professional comic artist/mixed media storyteller based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She holds an MFA from MCAD, an MA from the University of Pune, and a BA from Manipal University. Her work focuses on creating immersive spaces through moving image collage, projection, and non-linear narrative structures rooted in Marathi language and spatial exploration.

Her research interests involve mesmerizing spatial installations that challenge temporal boundaries and invite viewer interaction. Notable exhibitions include the upcoming 2024 Minneapolis Institute of Art show and international displays at Cairo's Medrar For Contemporary Art and Chicago's MDW Art Fair. She has been featured in publications such as Brooklyn Rail, Star Tribune, and Minnesota Public Radio-Art Hounds.

Ganu's practice bridges cultural identity and experimental media, with recent projects emphasizing immigrant narratives and sensory engagement. Upcoming works include her first institutional solo exhibition in late 2024.
