Ronald Heifetz

Ronald Heifetz is the King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, where he has taught for nearly four decades. As founder of the Center for Public Leadership, he pioneered leadership studies in academia and practice. His interdisciplinary background bridges medicine (psychiatry), music (cello training), and public policy, informing his transformative teaching methods.

Heifetz's research focuses on adaptive leadership frameworks and leadership education methodologies.
