Dr. Rona Frederick serves as Associate Professor of Urban Educational Leadership in Morgan State University's Department of Advanced Studies, Leadership and Policy within the School of Education and Urban Studies (SEUS). With over 20 years of experience spanning K-16 teaching, charter school co-founding, and academic leadership, she implements culturally responsive methodologies to address systemic challenges in Black education from early childhood through adult learning contexts.
