Roman Sidortsov is an Associate Professor of Energy Policy at the University of Cambridge's Scott Polar Research Institute (Churchill College). He holds a PhD in Polar Studies/Geography from Cambridge, an LL.M in Environmental Law (summa cum laude) from Vermont Law School, and legal degrees from Irkutsk State University.
