Roger J. Huston, Ph.D., is an Affiliate Faculty member at the Robertson School of Government, affiliated with Regent University. He concurrently serves as Dean of the School of Business and Leadership at Kentucky Christian University and as founder/lead consultant of Faith Works Consulting. Dr. Huston holds leadership roles on the boards of the Global City Mission Initiative and Love Thy Neighborhood, alongside prior roles in religious education nonprofits and congregational leadership.
Dr. Huston earned a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude, Honors in Religion) from Simpson College, a Master of Arts in Religion from Yale University, a Master of Public Administration from Iowa State University, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Delaware. He is currently pursuing an Ed.M. in Higher Education Leadership at Harvard University.
His research focuses on faith-based nonprofit management, organizational paradox theory, and intersections between religion and public life. He teaches courses across business, computer science, economics, leadership, management, public policy, and related fields. His professional experience spans higher education administration, faith-based organizational consulting, and policy analysis.
