Rodrigo Becerra is an Associate Professor and Director of the Robin Winkler Clinic with the School of Psychological Science at The University of Western Australia. He is fully registered as a Psychologist, endorsed Clinical Psychologist, and endorsed clinical supervisor of higher degree clinical psychology trainees by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (PsyBA).
Professor Becerra's primary research interests focus on psychopathology, psychotherapy, alexithymia, emotion regulation, reactivity, beliefs, emotion coherence, assessment of emotions, and mindfulness. His work spans clinical psychology with strong applications in neuropsychology, particularly regarding brain injury rehabilitation, emotional processing, and psychological interventions.
