Dr. Robyn Mobbs is an Assistant Teaching Professor at University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs, where she directs the Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration program and leads the Center on Network Science.
Education includes:
- PhD in Public Affairs from University of Colorado Denver
- MBA from University of Southern Queensland, Australia
- BA in Political Science from University of Colorado Boulder
Her teaching focuses on leadership, negotiation, collaboration, and ethics in public administration. Research examines negotiation dynamics, cross-sector collaboration, and organizational effectiveness in public health and social service networks. She applies network science to understand partnership effectiveness in public systems.
As Fulbright Scholar at University of Hong Kong (2015-16), she advanced research on cross-cultural collaboration. Her work has been supported by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and national public health research centers.
