Dr. Robin Pinkley is the Janet and Craig Duchossois Endowed Professor of Management and Organizations at the Edwin L. Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University (SMU). She founded the M2M Center for Profitable Negotiation and previously served as Chair of the Organizational Behavior Department and Director of the American Airlines Center for Labor Relations and Conflict Resolution at SMU. Dr. Pinkley also held visiting professorships at Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg School of Management.
