Jared R. Curhan is the Gordon Kaufman Professor and Professor of Work and Organization Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He serves as Faculty Director of MIT’s Behavioral Research Lab and leads the PON Research Lab at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. His expertise spans negotiation psychology, conflict resolution, and subjective value analysis in negotiations. Curhan holds an AB in Psychology from Harvard University and MS/PhD in Psychology from Stanford University.
His research focuses on subjective value frameworks (e.g., the Subjective Value Inventory), negotiation dynamics, and creativity in brainstorming.
