Robin M. Peguero is an Assistant Professor of Law at St. Thomas University's Benjamin L. Crump College of Law. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Prior to academia, he served as a homicide prosecutor in Miami, investigative counsel on the House Select Committee for the January 6th Capitol attack, and chief of staff to Congressman Glenn Ivey. His teaching focuses on criminal law and procedure, with an emphasis on juror selection and jury social dynamics.
