Seth R. Garbarsky is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School, Yale University. He has been a prosecutor for the Judicial District of New Haven since 2002, representing the State of Connecticut in criminal felony prosecutions. He has tried over 40 felony criminal jury cases and 10 murder trials to verdict. Garbarsky also supervises the New Haven Cold Case Unit, dedicated to resolving unsolved homicide cases. In 2018, he received the Oliver Ellsworth Prosecutor of the Year Award.
