Robin Jonsson

Robin Jonsson is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social and Psychological Studies, Karlstad University. He holds a PhD from the University of Gothenburg (defended December 2021), focusing on 'Retaining the Aging Workforce: Studies of the interplay between individual and organizational capability in the context of prolonged working lives.' His research centers on aging workforce dynamics, retirement behavior, workplace interventions, and organizational strategies for sustaining older employees.
