Robin Heap

Robin Heap is a Lecturer specializing in stop motion animation development and production at Staffordshire University. As an independent animation director, he created the award-nominated short film 'Flower and the Girl' through Breakneck Films in London.

His expertise includes model/puppet fabrication, traditional/digital sculpture, stop motion cinematography, and storyboarding. Heap teaches animation principles, story art, collaborative production, and post-production techniques. He holds an MA in Animation from Glyndwr University and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
