Robin Dada is a Professor and Department Head of Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education at the University of Northern Iowa. She previously worked at Sam Houston State University and in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on curriculum reform, program evaluation, and continuous improvement. She played a key role in developing the Ed.D program at UNI and has extensive experience in educator preparation and global educational quality assurance.
- Education: Ph.D. and M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Oregon; B.S. in Biology and Mathematics Education from the University of Oregon.
Her research interests center on women’s leadership in education, equity in science and mathematics education, and culturally responsive pedagogies. She explores clinical practice frameworks and educational access across diverse contexts, with a focus on the United States and the Middle East.
The recent articles highlight her work on global educational leadership during crises, regional educational development in the UAE, and accreditation standards in teacher education.
