Robin Cayce serves as an Assistant Professor at Lipscomb University's College of Education, where she leads coursework in the Educational Leadership Program for Masters and EdS candidates and contributes to the Learning Organizations & Strategic Change Doctoral Program. With a career spanning decades, she has held key roles in K-12 education including 5th grade teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Director of Professional Development in Hamilton County Public Schools and Metro Nashville Public Schools. Her expertise extends to program leadership through her work with Chattanooga 2.0 and authorship of Project APPLE (Autistic Preadolescent Proactive Learning Environments).
