Robert Stains

Robert Stains is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline University and the founder/principal of Bob Stains and Associates, a conflict transformation consultancy. With over 37 years of experience, he specializes in consulting, coaching, training, and mediating in high-conflict environments. His work spans across the U.S. and 17 countries, serving organizations like the Harvard Negotiation Project, Kennedy School of Government, NASA, and Essential Partners (formerly The Public Conversations Project). He has trained over 20,000 individuals in dialogue and conflict resolution techniques.
