Robert J. Lempert

Robert J. Lempert is a Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy and Director of the Frederick S. Pardee Center for Longer Range Global Policy and the Future Human Condition. He specializes in risk management and decision-making under deep uncertainty, with a focus on climate change, energy, and environmental policy. His work integrates quantitative methods like Robust Decision Making (RDM) to inform long-term policy strategies.
