Robert Carpenter

Robert Carpenter is an Executive in Residence and Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Development at the University of Texas at Tyler. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development (2020), an M.B.A. in Health Care (2014), a D.C. in Chiropractic Medicine (1995), and a B.S. in Human Anatomy (1992), all from UT Tyler and Parker University. His roles combine academic and professional expertise in HRD and healthcare management.
