Robert A. White

Robert A. White is a Distinguished Practitioner in Residence in Commercial Law at Quinnipiac University's School of Law and Education, where he has been faculty since 2017. Previously, he served as an adjunct professor at the university for four years.

White specializes in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation. He teaches bankruptcy and creditors' rights courses and developed the Bankruptcy Lab and Commercial Transactions Workshop to enhance practical legal training. His areas of expertise include

White's professional experience includes over 30 years in bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and workouts, with prior roles as Of Counsel at Murtha Cullina LLP and assistant district attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. He also contributed to the Bridge to Practice series, designed to transition law students into legal practice, and served on Connecticut's Municipal Accountability Review Board since 2018.
