Gordon Gendler

Gordon Gendler is a Senior Vice President and Workout Specialist at UMB Bank’s Corporate Trust Division, specializing in municipal and corporate bond defaults. Concurrently, he has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota School of Law and Mitchell Hamline School of Law for over 25 years, teaching commercial law courses involving the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and debtor-creditor relations.
