Robert A. Fuentes

Robert A. Fuentes is an Adjunct Professor of Law at San Joaquin College of Law, where he teaches Evidence I, Evidence II, and Legal Process. He concurrently serves as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California, reflecting his dual role in academia and public service. Previously, he worked as a staff attorney at the U.S. District Court in Fresno and practiced privately, focusing on civil rights, employment, and immigration cases. His professional background also includes legislative work in the U.S. House of Representatives.
