Rizal Sukma is a prominent academic and policy expert affiliated with Australian National University (ANU) National Security College as a Professor, and serves as Executive Director at the Centre for East Asian Studies, Prasetiya Mulya University. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has over three decades of experience in strategic studies, defense policy, and Southeast Asian geopolitics.
