Risto Rajala

Risto Rajala is a Professor of Service Engineering and Management at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, School of Engineering, Aalto University. His research explores system-level changes in technology industries toward service-based value creation, focusing on sustainability, digital transformation, and business models in the circular economy.
