Rima Elsayed

Rima Elsayed is a Lecturer at the University of Nantes, affiliated with the Faculty of Law, Economics, Management and Political Science. She serves as Training Manager for the 2nd year Bachelor’s in Economics and Management and is an Associate Researcher at LEMNA (Nantes-Atlantique Laboratory of Economics and Management). Her doctorate in Management Sciences (2014) specialized in Management Control. Her research focuses on responsible practices for managing uncertainty, human-centric organizational dynamics, and inter-organizational value creation.

Education: PhD in Management Sciences (University of Nantes, 2014).

Research interests emphasize sustainable development pedagogy, resilience in organizations, and ethical accounting practices. Her work bridges theory and practice, particularly in participatory education models and inter-organizational collaboration.

Publications span accounting education, sustainable development methodologies, and supply chain relationships. She contributed to the 'COMEEN' research program on ecological communication and co-authored a chapter on nuclear industry research methodologies.
