Dr. Ricky Gee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Nottingham Trent University. He specializes in the sociology of work and career, focusing on critical employability and social justice. As co-lead of the Experiential and Employability Working Group, he significantly improved Graduate Outcomes (GOS) scores. His leadership as BA Sociology Course Leader (2016–2019) drove unprecedented enrollment growth and a 21-position rise in league tables. He teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate programs and supervises 6 PhD candidates.
