Richard Marshall is a Professor of Cornet at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) and a cornet tutor at Birmingham Conservatoire. He holds a BA (Hons) in Band Studies and an LRSM in Bandmastership. Currently serving as principal cornet of the renowned Black Dyke Band, he previously held the same role at Grimethorpe Colliery Band for a decade.
