Richard H. Frankel is Professor of Law and Associate Dean of Experiential Learning Programs at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he founded and directs the Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic. His scholarship focuses on immigration law, prisoner rights, and civil justice systems, with clinic cases spanning employment discrimination, environmental protection, and civil rights litigation.
