Renée Lampe

Prof. Dr. Renée Lampe is a Professor at the Technische Universität München (TUM) and holds the Markus Würth Foundation Professorship for Cerebral Palsy. She is a senior physician at the Department of Orthopedics and Sports Orthopedics at TUM Klinikum rechts der Isar and leads the research unit of the Buhl-Strohmaier Foundation for Cerebral Palsy and Pediatric Neuroorthopedics. Her work focuses on clinical and basic research for individuals with disabilities, particularly cerebral palsy, leveraging technological advancements and mathematical models to enhance neuroplasticity and sensorimotor function. She has pioneered studies on cerebral blood flow simulation and neonatal biomarker analysis.

Research Interests: Combines clinical practice with advanced computational methods to address neurological and orthopedic challenges. These efforts aim to improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce radiation exposure in pediatric care.

Publications: Recent work spans cerebral blood flow modeling (2024), neonatal biomarker analysis (2024), and scoliosis imaging techniques (2023-2020). These studies reflect her dual focus on translational research and clinical technology integration.
